What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your full name, mobile number, email address, preferred city or province, your message, and — for franchise inquiries — your preferred store format, target opening period, and whether you already have a location. We also record the date and time of the submission and which page you sent it from.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your inquiry and to discuss the franchise opportunity with you. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may also send you occasional updates about Everyday Hardware franchising. That box is separate and unticked by default, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a secured database used only by Everyday Hardware Inc.. Access is restricted to approved staff. Submissions are not readable from this website by visitors, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Messenger and Facebook

If you choose to message us on Messenger, that conversation happens on Facebook's platform and is covered by Facebook's own privacy terms as well as ours.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent us. Email franchise@everyday-hardware.com or call +63 933 856 3543, and tell us what you would like changed.
